General Description:

We are seeking a Content Specialist with emphasis on website moderation and research. As a Content Specialist you will be an important member of an energetic team that ensures all information shared, created and uploaded by our website users is moderated at all times. The Content Specialist also has a key role in content development and researching information relevant to our websites. This position is suitable for recent university graduates with several years work experience. The right candidate will have an analytical mindset with a passion for research. This position is full-time, and reports directly to the Content Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderate user submitted content;

Create content as directed by team leader;

Edit website content;

Search engine optimization;

Site promotion;

Site bug testing and indentifying usability problems;

Site specific research.

Work Experience / Education Requirements:

At least 2 years work experience in an international environment;

Degree in Humanities / English related fields.

Skills:

Must be able to take direction and act quickly;

A strong multi-tasker who can juggle a number of taks simultaneously;

Must be able to work independently while contributing to team success;

Fluent in English;

Must be able to cope with a fast-paced and ever changing work environment;

Strong analytical skills;

Experience in a customer support role is a plus;

Flexibility.
