We are looking for an energetic and motivated Human Resources Generalist to take on a leading role in making sure we have a great team of people.

The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the

administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following

functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development,

benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

organize and co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of new staff

organizational and space planning;

performance management and improvement systems;

organization development;

employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;

employee orientation, development, and training;

design and implement staff appraisal systems and develop effective training policies;

employee relations;

advise general managers on disciplinary issues;

monitor employment legislation;

company employee communication;

compensation and benefits administration;

employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

employee services and counseling;

advise senior management on pay and conditions, retention rates and business policy affecting employee relations;

keep up to date with best practice in recruitment and selection.

Work Experience / Education Requirements:

at least 3 years work experience in an HR department, preferrable in an international environment

degree in human resources related fields

fluent in English and Chinese;
